		* Engineer and primary administrator of global anycast
		  DNS network sustaining over 10,000 queries per second.

		* Primary administrator in charge of nation wide VoIP
		  network.  Utilizing Broadsoft, Sonus, and Cisco
		  hardware.  Supporting over 20,000 users.

		* Designed a host based security model for company wide
		  production systems.  Including, automated file system
		  integrity checks, host based IP filters, process
		  management, patch management, and intrusion detection.

		* Developed server and network element monitoring
		  system using Nagios and custom software, monitoring
		  over 600 IP elements.

		* Developed custom statistics graphing system using
		  RRD based software to measure system performance
		  and load.  Including VoIP call volumes, DNS queries
		  per second, network throughput, Sendmail statistics,
		  and system performance.

		* Researched and documented host and physical security
		  policies for all network connected devices.

		* Engineered a plan to relocate two data centers
		  containing over 100 production servers from Bay City,
		  MI to Chicago, IL and from Chicago, IL to St. Louis,
		  MO with little to no direct impact to customers.

		* Designed and maintained large scale public Sendmail
		  cluster supporting more then 200,000 active customers
		  with a mail spool over 1 terabyte.

		* Designed custom Solaris jumpstart to automate server
		  and workstation builds.  Builds focused primarily on
		  security, stability, and performance.

		* Primary Unix administrator in charge of development
		  and on going maintenance of concentric.net ISP system,
		  which supports over 200,000 users utilizing multiple
		  terabytes of storage.  Functional services are: dns,
		  email, news, radius, registration, web; running on large
		  clusters of Sun hardware.

	      * Network operator in charge of data center internal and
	        customer IP networks.  Notable projects:

		* Network operator in charge of data center network
		  routers and switches.

		* Standardization of all hardware, configurations,
		  physical design and security policies on a nationwide
		  deployment of data center routers and switches.

		* Engineered a company wide backup system for all data
		  center network routers and switches using a combination
		  of Rancid and custom software.
